Diplomová práce se zabývá trhem nemovitostí, se zaměřením na rezidenční trh nemovitostí v hlavním městě Praha. The main topic of this thesis is real estate market with the focus on residential real estate market in the capital city Prague. As a foundation for this thesis was analyzed theoretical literature on strategy marketing.
