Bakalářská práce se zabývá managementem nezávislého divadla Venuše ve Švehlovce. Cílem práce je popsat fungování managementu tohoto divadla, porovnat ho s managementem divadla Vila Štvanice a na základě získaných informací určit, jaké jsou největší hrozby a problémy divadla. This bachelor thesis is concerning theatre management of alternative theatres. This is demonstrated on the example of the theatre Venuše ve Švehlovce.
