Kinetics of ascorbic acid release from solid drug forms
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá studiem kinetiky uvolňování kyseliny askorbové z pevných lékových forem (Celaskon long effect 500 mg a Vitamin C 250 mg) ve vodných prostředích o různém pH. Experimentální část se zaměřuje na měření kinetiky pomocí disoluční metody. Pro vyhodnocení disolučních profilů byl použit kinetický model nultého a prvního řádu.
Abstract:
This thesis presents a study of kinetics of releasing ascorbic acid from solid drugs forms (Celaskon long effect 500 mg and Vitamin C 250 mg) in aqueous solutions of various pH. The experimental part of the thesis is focused on using dissolution method to measure kinetics. A kinetic model of the zeroth and the first order has been used for the evaluation of dissolution profiles.
