Tato práce nás seznamuje s kmitacími tyčemi Propriomed a Flexi-Bar. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována problematice hlubokého stabilizačního systému a možnostem jeho testování dle Koláře, dále jsou zde uvedeny základní poznatky o tyčích Propriomed a Flexi-Bar, vibracích a svalové únavě, v neposlední řadě je popsána technika cvičení s těmito tyčemi. Abstract:
This thesis offers an introduction to the usage of the Propriomed and Flexi-Bar swing bars. It is devided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals primarily with the deep stabilization system and the possibilities of its testing, stated by Kolář. The basic knowledge about Propriomed and Flexi-Bar bars, vibrations and muscle fatigue are introduced in this part of the thesis …more
