Předmětem bakalářské práce je provedení průzkumu míry a způsobu měření spokojenosti občanů v úřadech územních samospráv České republiky, formulování nedostatků v postupech úřadů a navržení možných řešení. The topic of the bachelor thesis is an survey of measuring citizens satisfaction given by local authorities in the Czech Republic, the formulation of imperfections in the procedures and devising of possible solutions.
