Modern trends in the area of payment cards

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Moderní trendy v oblasti platebních karet" pojednává o platebních kartách a nových platebních metodách zaměřených na smartbanking. Cílem práce je porovnání produktové nabídky platebních karet vybraných bankovních společností a následným vlastním průzkumem zjištění zákaznické spokojenosti. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola je zpracována s využitím odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Popisuje obecné pojetí platebních karet, jejich členění a možnosti. Na ni navazující druhá kapitola rozebírá produktovou nabídku platebních karet vybraných bank, společně s nabídkou mobilního bankovnictví. V předposlední kapitole je na základě vlastního výzkumu a následné analýzy dat zjištěna zákaznická spokojenost. Analýza byla provedena pomocí Net Promoters Score a Indexu zákaznické spokojenosti. Závěrečná část této práce se zabývá prognózou dalšího vývoje a zhodnocením slabých a silných stránek v nabídce platebních karet.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis entitled "Modern trends in the area of payment cards" deals with the payment cards and the new payment methods aimed at Smartbanking. The goal of the thesis is to compare the product offering of payment cards of selected banking companies and via subsequent own research using the survey find out the customer satisfaction. The work is divided into the four chapters. The first chapter is prepared on the basis of specialized literature and internet sources. It describes the general concept of payment cards, their classification and options. The adjoining second chapter analyzes the product offering of payment cards selected banks, together with the offer of mobile banking. In the penultimate chapter is, based on my own research and the subsequent data analysis identified customer satisfaction. The analysis was performed using the Net Promoters Score and Customer Satisfaction Index. The final part of the thesis deals with the prognosis of further development, as well as evaluating the strengths and weaknesses in the offer of payment cards.
