Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast poskytování nebankovních úvěrů zúženou na nebankovní úvěry pro spotřebitele a jejich dostupnost. Ve své úvodní části objasňuje základní pojmy, které s problematikou souvisí, dále popisuje současnou praxi v poskytování nebankovních úvěrů, stručně zachycuje vývoj právní úpravy v této oblasti a vymezuje povinnosti nebankovních poskytovatelů. The diploma thesis focuses on the provision of non-bank loans nar-rowed to non-bank loans for consumers and their availability. In its introductory part, it defines the basic concepts and terms related to the issue and further on it describes the current practice in the provi-sion of non-bank loans.
