Tématem mé bakalářské práce je postavení mladistvého v systému trestního práva. Pro zpracování tohoto tématu jsem se rozhodla především z toho důvodu, že mě problematika trestní odpovědnosti mládeže zajímá a považuji ji za velmi významnou součást českého trestního práva. Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the situation of juveniles in the system of the criminal law. I have decided to work on this topic mainly because I am interesed in the issue of criminal responsibility of juveniles and I consider it to be a very important part of the Czech criminal law.
