Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou právní úpravy kvót v obchodu zbožím uvnitř EU a s nečlenskými státy, kdy si zároveň klade za cíl komplexněji představit problematiku množstevních, produkčních a celních kvót. Diploma thesis deals with analysis of the legislation of quotas in trade in goods in the EU and with non-member states, where it also aims to comprehensively present issue of quantitative, production and tariff-rate quotas.
