Bakalářská práce se zabývá umisťováním staveb v ČR v záplavovém území. V úvodu je obecně charakterizována problematika umisťování staveb v ČR a její právní regulace, která je porovnána s novelou stavebního zákona účinného od 1. 1. 2013.
