Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stanovení daně z nemovitých věcí s ohledem na evidenci v katastru nemovitostí. Úvod do problematiky nastiňují konstrukční prvky daně z nemovitých věcí, včetně možného osvobození od daně. The thesis deals with the measuring of Immovable property tax depending of registra-tion on the Real estate cadastre.
