Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji reakcím imunitního systému na vybrané patogeny přenášené klíštětem. Klíště usnadňuje přenos patogenů působením vylučovaných látek na lokální mechanické a fyziologické bariéry hostitele. Konkrétně jsou popisovány Borrelia burgdorferi s.l. a Babesia spp. V práci se zaměřuji na jejich charakteristiku, mechanismy patogeneze a rezistence. Zmíněné patogeny mohou způsobovat …more

In this bachleor thesis I deal with reactions of immune system on selected pathogens transmitted by tick. The tick facilitates transfer of pathogens by excreted substances to the local mechanical and physiological barriers of the host.
