Cílem této práce je controlling likvidity a cash-flow ve zvoleném podniku. Analyzovaným podnikem je společnost LaserTherm zabývající se zejména aplikací laserových technologií v praxi. Obsah práce zahrnuje nejprve základní informace o společnosti, její historii a záběr její činnosti. The aim of this work is controlling liquidity and cash-flow in a selected company. Analyzed company is LaserTherm dealing mainly with applications of laser technology in practice. The content of the work involves first basic information about the company, its history and scope of its activities.
