Abstract:

MACKOVÁ, Jana. Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta s akutní ethylickou pankreatitidou. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Jana Hlinovská, PhD. Praha 2019. 58 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je komplexní ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta s akutní ethylickou pankreatitidou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pacienta s akutní ethylickou pankreatitidou a její definici, příčiny a příznaky onemocnění, léčbu konzervativní a chirurgickou, komplikace a rizika. Popisuje specifika ošetřovatelské péče a ošetřovatelskou péči, kterou poskytuje nemocnému pacientovi s akutní ethylickou pankreatitidou všeobecná sestra. Je zaměřena i na další nezdravotnickou péči dle jeho stavu doporučenou nemocnému pacientovi nutričním terapeutem s ohledem na jeho psychosomatický stav. Praktická část detailně popisuje kazuistiku pacienta hospitalizovaného na standardním interním lůžkovém oddělení s akutní ethylickou pankreatitidou. Podle určených ošetřovatelských diagnóz pomocí ošetřovatelské dokumentace a pacienta, popisuje ošetřovatelský proces a realizaci ošetřovatelské péče. Přičemž součástí praktické části je edukační leták, který je zaměřený na komplikace spojené se zvýšenou konzumací alkoholu. Cílem bakalářské práce je popis a analýza případu pacientky s akutní ethylickou pankreatitidou na standardním interním oddělení. Závěrem bakalářské práce je doporučení pro praxi nejen pro všeobecné sestry, zdravotnický personál, pacienty a jejich příbuzné, ale i pro ostatní pacienty, kteří se s tímto onemocněním mohou setkat.

Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Jana Hlinovská, PhD. Praha 2019. 58 p. The Bachelor’s thesis focuses on comprehensive nursing care for patients with acute ethylic pancreatitis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part concentrates on a patient with acute ethylic pancreatitis and it offers a definition of this disease, its causes and symptoms, conservative and surgical treatment as well as its complications and risks. Moreover, it describes the specifics of nursing care and the type of care provided to a patient with acute ethylic pancreatitis by a general nurse. This part also deals with other non-medical care recommended by a nutritional therapist while considering the patient’s psychosomatic condition. The practical part describes in detail a case study of a patient hospitalized with acute ethylic pancreatitis in a standard inpatient ward. Based on the nursing diagnoses established by a nursing documentation and the patient, this part focuses on the nursing process and on providing nursing care. The practical part also contains an educational leaflet, which explains complications associated with increased alcohol consumption. The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is to describe and analyse a case of a patient with acute ethylic pancreatitis in a standard inpatient ward. The conclusion of this thesis offers recommendations for nurses, medical staff, patients and their relatives as well as for other patients who might come into contact with this disease.
