Abstract:
Práce je věnována řízení projektu rozvoje cestovního ruchu v turistické oblasti Podkrkonoší. Na konkrétním projektu sdružení Podzvičinsko je ukázáno, jak by mělo řízení projektu probíhat. Je nastíněn jasný plán a cíle pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu a zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti. The thesis deals with a project management for tourism development in the tourist area of Podkrkonoší. The specific project of the Association Podzvičinsko shows, how project should be managed. It outlines a clear plan and objectives for tourism development and improve competitiveness.
