První částí této bakalářské práce je literární rešerše věnující se historii čokolády, charakteristice a pěstování kakaovníku. First part of this bachelor thesis is literal research dedicated to history of the chocolate, characteristics and growing of the cacao tree. Chocolate production is described in detail, including individual production processes. The thesis also contains legislative division of pralines into groups.
