Cílem této diplomové práce je srovnat předchozí právní úpravu zdanění nemovitých věcí s novou právní úpravou a analyzovat změny, které nastaly v rámci zdanění nemovitých věcí od 1. 1. 2014, kdy byla provedena rekodifikace soukromého práva. The aim of this thesis is to compare previous legislation of taxation of immovable property to the new legislation and analyze the changes that have occurred in the context of taxation of immovable property from the 1st of January 2014, when the recodification of private law was carried out.
