Práce je zaměřena na keratokonus. Zabývá se diagnostikou tohoto onemocnění a možnostmi korekce či případné léčby. Na začátku práce je popsána rohovka a její parametry. V další části jsou popsány rohovkové degenerace s následným zaměřením na keratokonus a jeho dělení. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na korekci onemocnění podle jeho stupně a možnosti operativy. The work is focused on keratoconus. It deals with the diagnosis of the disease and the possibility of correction or possible treatment. At the beginning of the thesis the cornea and its parameters will be described. In the next part are described corneal degeneration with subsequent focusing on keratoconus and its division.
