Possibilities of performing an insulation test of instrument transformers using an industrial robot

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vytvořit návrh, který bude sloužit jako podklad pro automatizaci prová-dění izolační zkoušky přístrojových transformátorů v reálném provozu. Práce se zaměřuje na specifické podmínky pracoviště zkušebny přístrojových transformátorů ve firmě ABB s.r.o. v Brně. V práci je představena problematika týkající se procesu provádění izolační zkoušky přístrojových transformátorů, požadavky a charakteristické prvky robotizace, a v rámci dostupných zdrojů i srovnání návrhu různých řešení, která jsou v současné době možné na trhu poptat.

Abstract:

The purpose of this thesis is to create a design that will serve as a basis for automation of insulation testing of instrument transformers in real operation. The thesis focuses on the specific conditions of the workplace of the instrument transformer testing room at ABB s.r.o. in Brno. The thesis presents the issues related to the process of conducting isolation test of instrument transformers, requirements and characteristic elements of robotization, and within the available resources, a comparison of the design of various solutions that are currently available on the market.
