Bakalářská práce se zabývá překážkami v práci na straně zaměstnance. Vymezuje základní pojmy dané problematiky, jednotlivé typy překážek, související právní předpisy a jejich právní následky. Práce uvádí práva a povinnosti zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele, které vyplývají ze vzniku překážek. Popisuje systém náhrad mezd a platů. Bachelor thesis deals with obstacles to work at the employee´s side. This thesis defines basic terms, different types, specific legal regulations and their legal consequences. Thesis presents the rights and obligations of employees and employers, which are arising from individual obstacles to work. This describes the compensation system of wages and salaries of obstacles.
