Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá občanskoprávním institutem odstoupení od smlouvy. V první části se zaměřuje na jeho teoretická východiska (základní pojmy), dále analyzuje základní principy a jednotlivé důvody pro odstoupení od smlouvy v občanském právu. This thesis deals with a withdrawal of a contract as an institute of civile law. The first part it focuses on the theoretical bases (basic concepts), analyzes the basic principles and the different reasons for withdrawal in civil law.
