Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá ložisky a vlivy tepelného zpracování na jejich jednotlivé parametry. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou popsány části ložisek, jejich funkce, faktory ovlivňující výběr materiálu, druhy ložisek, vady, které u nich nastávají a také současný stav v této problematice. Taktéž je věnován prostor tepelnému zpracování, které se skládá z kalení a popouštění. V závěru první části práce je popsáno bezhroté a zápachové broušení. Aplikační část je zaměřena na parametry ložiskových kroužků ovlivněné tepelným zpracováním. Mezi tyto parametry patří vnitřní a vnější průměr, kruhovitost, rovnoběžnost, radiální házení a tloušťka stěn. Zde je zjištěno, že způsob a umístění v kalicím koši má vliv na některé z těchto parametrů. V závěru jsou uvedeny vybrané měřicí přístroje a také je provedeno shrnutí zjištění výsledků.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with bearings and the effects of heat treatment on their individual parameters. In the theoretical-methodological part, the parts of bearings, their functions, factors influencing the selection of material, types of bearings, faults that occur and the current state in this issue are described. Part is also dedicated to heat treatment, which consists of quenching and tempering. At the end of the first part of the work, centreless and plunge grinding is described. The application part is focused on the effects of heat treatment on the parameters of bearing rings. These parameters include inner and outer diameter, roundness, parallelism, radial runout, and wall thickness. Here it is found that the method and location in the quenching basket influences some of these parameters. In the last part, selected measuring devices are presented, and a summary of the results is made.
