Foreign employees in the Czech Republic before and after the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zahraničními zaměstnanci v České republice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na seznámení a vymezení základních pojmů především s historií, podmínkami zahraničních zaměstnanců, legislativou, působností cizinců v České republice a nynějšími podmínkami pro cizince ovlivněné postupem a vývojem pandemií Covid-19. Praktická část obsahuje porovnání a analýzy zahraničních zaměstnanců v České republice, kriminalitou cizinců a následným zhodnocením těchto dvou kapitol. K vyhodnocení některých závěrů budou použity expertní rozhovory.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with foreign employees in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on acquainting and defining the basic concepts, especially with the history, conditions of foreign employees, legislation, the activities of foreigners in the Czech Republic and current conditions for foreigners affected by the progress and development of the Covid-19 pandemic. The practical part contains a comparison and analysis of foreign employees in the Czech Republic, criminality of foreigners and the subsequent evaluation of these two chapters. Expert interviews will be used to evaluate some of the conclusions.
