Cílem této práce je popsat autorskoprávní ochranu výtvarných děl. Ochrana výtvarných děl je velmi komplexní záležitostí sloužící k ochraně práv a zájmů samotného autora. This thesis aims to describe the copyright protection of works of art. The protection of those works is a very complex matter serving to protect the rights and interests of the author himself.
