Scope of support for clients of Rapid Rehousing and its time frame

Abstract:

V této práci je diskutováno správné nastavení míry a časování podpory v bydlení u klientů projektu Rychlého zabydlení, přičemž cílem je zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku „Podle čeho je nastavována míra a časování podpory jednotlivým klientům projektu Rychlé zabydlení ve vzájemné interakci mezi pracovníkem a klientem?“. Správné nastavení podpory může mít vliv jak na úsporu zdrojů, tak na využití kompetencí klienta. Práce sociálních pracovníků projektu je proto porovnávána se dvěma přístupy k nastavení podpory klienta – s Critical Time Intervention a Progressive Engagement, které se právě odlišují tím, jak dlouho a jak intenzivně je podpora klientovi poskytována. Byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum a skrze rozhovory s klíčovými pracovníky projektu bylo zjištěno, že míra a časování podpory klientů projektu Rychlé zabydlení je nastavována podle potřeb a přání klienta. Nastavení míry a časování podpory klientů ovlivňují podmínky projektu a stabilita a funkčnost subjektů v síti klienta.

Abstract:

The discussion in this thesis is focus on properly setting up the extant and timing of the support to clients of the project in order to answer the research question: "What is the measure and timing of support to individual clients of the project Fast Rehousing during interaction between social worker and client?“ The proper set up the support to client effects the resource savings and also the right use of clients competences. The work of social workers in the project is therefore compared to two approaches to setting up the support for clients - Critical Time Interventions and Progressive Engagement, which differ in how long and how intensely the support is provided to the client. Qualitative research has been done and interviews with social workers found that the extant and timing of the Fast Rehousing project support is set according to the clients needs and wishes. Setting up the measure and timing of the support will affect the project conditions and the stability and functionality of the entities of the client's network.
