Invazivní mykotické infekce (IMI) jsou závažnou komplikací léčby nemocných z hematologickou malignitou. Invasive fungal infections (IFI) are serious complications in the treatment of patients with haematological malignancies. They are most often caused by a clinically important species of yeast and filamentous fungi of the genus Aspergillus.
