Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zacílena do oblasti kapacitní krize ve vybrané zdravotnické organizaci. Teoretická východiska jsou zpracována k pojmům zdravotnictví a kapacitní krizi. V úvodu analytické části je představeno vybrané zdravotnické zařízení a je popsán současný stav zkoumané problematiky, za pomoci vybraných metod analýzy rizik. The diploma thesis is aimed at the area of capacity crisis in a selected healthcare organization. Theoretical starting points are elaborated on the concepts of healthcare, and capacity crisis. In the beginning of the analytical part, a selected medical facility is presented and the current state of the investigated issue is described, with the help of selected methods of risk analysis.
