Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá pojmem znásilnění. Stručně shrnuje historické souvislosti, a zaměřuje se na definici tohoto trestného činu v českém právním řádu i vybraných státech Evropy. Znásilnění můžeme chápat jako sex bez souhlasu, proto je jedna kapitola práce věnovaná právě tomuto pojmu. Abstract:
This thesis deals with rape. It briefly summarizes historical context and focuses on the definition of this crime in the law of the Czech republic and also in selected states in Europe. Because rape can be understood as sex without consent, one chapter of this thesis considers this term.
