Abstract:
Cílem práce je zjistit v jakých situacích se používají modely směšovacích a nutričních úloh. Sednocuje různé typy úloh a popisuje postup jejich řešení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol - Směšovací úlohy a Nutriční úlohy. Oba typy úloh lineárního programování jsou nejprve stučně charakterizovány a následuje tvorba matematického modelu, vysvětlení tvorby omezení a účelové funkce. Příklady …more

The aim of this work is to ascertain in which situations can be used models of blending and diet problems. It will draw together different examples and describing steps in solving them. The work is divided into two main Chapters: - Blending Problems, and Diet Problems.
