The scope of the review activity of the Land Cadaster Authority in the process of real-property rights filing
Abstract:
Tato práce se snaží přiblížit problematiku rozsahu přezkumné činnosti katastrálního úřadu v řízení o povolení vkladu práva do katastru nemovitostí. Vymezuje prameny právní úpravy, vysvětluje pojem „vklad“a samotný rozsah přezkumné činnosti. Část práce je také věnována rozhodnutím v rámci řízení o povolení vkladu a opravným prostředkům proti těmto rozhodnutím.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the issues of the scope of review activity for contribution the rights to the real estates in the cadastre of real estates. It defines the sources of law adaptation, interprets the term contribution and the scope of review activity.
