Předkládaná práce seznamuje s počátky české reformace v širších souvislostech. Pozornost je věnována stavu společnosti, církve, vzdělání a zbožnosti. Samostatné kapitoly pojednávají o "avignonském zajetí" a papežském schizmatu, středověkých herezích a jejich vlivu na české prostředí. Abstract:
The presented thesis introduces the beginnings of Czech Reformation in a wider context. Attention is paid to the state of society, church, education and piety. Separate chapters deal with the "Avignon captivity" and the Papal Schism, medieval heresies and their impact on the Czech environment.
