Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací metod, jejichž použití je vhodné při práci s řídkými datovými soubory. Je představena modifikovaná verze analýzy funkcionálních dat, která umožňuje převést řídká data do funkcionální podoby s využitím odhadu funkce střední hodnoty a kovarianční plochy. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to apply methods which are suitable for working with sparse data. Functional data analysis is presented with modifications that allow for the conversion of sparse data into a functional form using mean function and covariance surface estimation.
