Optimization of the internal logistic process in SWS a.s. company by TOC

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je aplikace Teorie omezení ve společnosti SWS a.s. za účelem identifikace a odstranění úzkých míst ve skupině klíčových procesů s cílem zvýšení jejich efektivity. Větší efektivita těchto procesů by v konečném důsledku měla přinést společnosti větší zisk a zákazníkům větší užitek a spokojenost. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. V první jsou popsána teoretická východiska řešeného problému. Další část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu skupiny klíčových procesů. Ve třetí části navrhnu konkrétní opatření, jejichž implementace by měla odstranit identifikovaný problém.

Abstract:

The subject matter of this thesis is the application of the Theory Of Constraints in SWS company with the reason of identification and elimination of the constraints in the key group of processes with the goal of increasing of its effectiveness. The more effective process means more profit for SWS and also for the customers in terms of theirs utility and satisfaction. This project consists of three parts. There is the theoretical research in the first one. The second part analyses the current state of the key process. The third part suggests concrete arrangements to eliminate the identified problem.
