Abstract:

Teoretická část bakalářské práce nejprve představuje oblast inovací a inovačního podnikání. Poté představuje jednotlivé instituce inovačního podnikání. Dále uvádí možnosti financování podnikatelského inkubátoru, včetně operačního programu Prosperita. Další kapitola zobrazuje možné zdroje financování pro potenciální klienty podnikatelského inkubátoru, představuje využitelné operační programy a shrnuje problematiku podpory podnikání v ČR a EU. Další kapitola se zaměřuje na růstovou politiku provázanou s dokumenty EU, které také stručně představuje. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části je seznámení s problematikou obnovitelných zdrojů energie. V praktické části jsou tyto teoretické poznatky aplikovány do obecné roviny rozvoje regionu za pomocí podnikatelského inkubátoru. Je k tomu využita část dotazníku s obecnými otázkami. V další části praktické sekce je již práce zaměřena na město Litoměřice. Je zde konkretizováno umístění inkubátoru spolu s jeho odůvodněním. Také jsou zde aplikovány poznatky ze specializované části dotazníku a rozhovoru s panem Krupkou o jeho inovačním projektu. Dále je nastíněna organizační struktura inkubátoru, rozpočet na jeho realizaci a propočet měsíčních nákladů. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit zda jsou Litoměřice vhodným místem pro zřízení specializovaného podnikatelského inkubátoru, a nastínění finančního a organizačního rámce. Tím se zabývá kapitola o regionálních dopadech.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this thesis first presents the area of innovations and innovative enterprise. After that particular institutions of innovative enterprise are introduced. Then it describes possible sources of funds for developing a business incubator, including the operating program Prosperita. The next chapter shows possible sources of financing for potential clients of a business incubator, introduces useful operating programs and summarizes the issues of promoting enterprise in the CR and the EU. The next chapter focuses on growth policies related to EU documents, which are also briefly described. The last chapter of the theoretical part introduces the issue of renewable energy sources. In the practical part, these theoretical findings are applied to the general level of regional development by means of a business incubator (the part of the questionnaire with general questions). The next section of the practical part is focused on the town of Litomerice. The location of the incubator is specified and explained there. The findings from a specialized part of the questionnaire and from an interview with Mr. Krupka about his innovative project are applied there. The organizational structure of the incubator, the budget for its implementation and the calculation of monthly expenses are outlined. The aim of this thesis was to determine whether the town of Litomerice is a suitable place for establishing a specialized business incubator and to outline its financial and organizational framework. The corresponding chapter about regional impacts deals with this question.
