Proposal for a two-stroke engine of 125cc racing motorcycle

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem dvoudobého motoru pro závodní motocykl o objemu 125 ccm. Je zde popsán rozbor požadavku na závodní motor, návrh základních rozměrů a parametrů. Dále se tato práce zabývá návrhem a výpočtem pístu, ojnice, pístního čepu, pouzdra pístního čepu, ojničního čepu, klikového hřídele a návrhem vyvážení motoru. V práci jsou také popsány jednotlivé přídavné systémy dvoudobých motoru a popis jejich konstrukčního řešení u závodních motoru.

Abstract:

This paper describes the design of two-stroke motorcycle engine for racing with a capacity of 125 ccm. There is described an analysis of the requirement for a racing engine, the basic dimensions and design parameters. Furthermore, this work deals with design and calculation of the piston, connecting rod, piston pin, piston pin bushings, crank shaft, crankshaft, and a proposal for balancing the engine. The paper also describes all two-stroke engine auxiliary systems and a description of their design solutions for motor racing.
