Extracelulární matrix (ECM) vytváří makromolekulární síť, která obklopuje buňky ve tkáni. ECM lze izolovat mnohými způsoby, které se liší především od typu tkáně a následným použitím izolované ECM. Hydrogel vytvořený z tohoto materiálu poskytuje pro kultivaci buněk a organoidu prostředí, které ovlivňuje proliferaci, diferenciaci a viabilitu buněk. Abstract:
The extracellular matrix (ECM) forms a macromolecular network that surrounds cells in the tissue. The ECM can be isolated in many ways, which differ mainly from the tissue type and the subsequent use of the isolated ECM. The hydrogel formed from this material provides an environment for cells and organoid culture that affects cell proliferation, differentiation and viability. This material can be used …more
