V práci je vymezován základní pojem souhlasu, v jeho různých formách a s jeho náležitostmi. Práce se zabývá také vymezením základních pojmů obsažených v zákonné úpravě znásilnění v České republice. Je zde definován pojem podvodného znásilnění a na praktických příkladech demonstrována jeho problematika. The work is defined by the basic concept of consent, in its various forms and with its requirements. The thesis also deals with the definition of basic concepts contained in the statutory rape in the Czech Republic.
