In this thesis we introduce the real estate market as it is and its development in the time period. We use the method of timelines of the prices of the properties and gross fixed capital in housing. We introduce not only the regions of Slovakia and the Slovak republic as whole but also selected European countries. Abstract:
V tejto bakalárskej práci si predstavíme trh s nehnuteľnosťami a jeho vývoj v čase. Využívame pri tom časové rady cien nehnuteľností a hrubého fixného kapitálu v obydlí. Predstavíme si nielen jednotlivé kraje Slovenska a Slovensko ako celok, ale aj vybrané krajiny Európy. K vypracovaniu analýzy využijeme základné štatistické metódy a filtračné techniky. Analýza prebieha v programe Gretl.
