Diplomová práce je zaměřena na nemovité kulturní památky v soukromém vlastnictví. V teoretické části se zabývá problematikou ochrany a obnovy kulturních památek obecně, s přehledem legislativních nástrojů, platných pro tuto oblast v ČR. The Master’s thesis is focused on cultural sights in private ownership. The theoretical part deals with the issue of protection and reconstruction of cultural sights in general.
