Importance of monounsaturated fatty acids in humans and its metabolism
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá lipidy a hlavně mononenasycenými mastnými kyselinami, jejich názvem, strukturou, výskytem, syntézou a stanovením v lidské plazmě. V této práci se detailně analyzují jejich účinky na lidské zdraví. Popisují se zde vlivy mononenasycených mastných kyselin na metabolický syndrom, kardiovaskulární onemocnění, diabetes mellitus a vznik aterosklerózy.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis concerns lipids, primarily focusing on monounsaturated fatty acids and the term itself, their structure, occurrence, synthesis and determination in human plasma. This thesis in detail analyzes the effects of monounsaturated fatty acids on human health.
