Educational Problems of Pupils in After-School Clubs and Their Possible Solutions from the Perspective of Educators

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá nejčastějšími výchovnými problémy dětí a možnostmi jejich řešení v prostředí školní družiny. Teoretická část vymezuje klima a organizaci školní družiny, charakterizuje pozici vychovatelky, zabývá se vztahy mezi dětmi ve skupině a vztahem mezi žáky a vychovatelkou. Hlavní linií teoretické části je problémové chování dětí zaměřené na poruchy chování, lhaní, odmítání práce a spolupráce, neposlušnost, agresi a agresivní jednání, včetně předcházení takovýchto projevů chování a možnosti jejich řešení. Praktická část práce úzce souvisí s částí teoretickou, prezentuje výsledky výzkumného šetření, jehož cílovými respondenty jsou vychovatelky školních družin, řeší otázky vztahující se k výchovným problémům dětí ve školních družinách a výchovnými postupy vychovatelek.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the most frequently - occured educational problems of children and their optional solutions in the environment of an after school facility. The theoretical part explains the terms of the environmental and organizational issues,defines the position of the tutor, focuses on relationships among children and interpersonal relationships between the children group and the tutor. The theoretical part aims not only at misbehaving of children,particularly behavioural disturbances,lying,refusing to work or collaborate,disobedience,agression, agessive acting, but also at the prevention of such misbehaving features and optional solutions to the above mentioned problems. The practical part presents then the research results based on the responses of the target audience - the after school facility tutors.The main issues solved are educational problems of children attending after school facilities as well as educatioal procedures of tutors practically applied by them.
