Abstract:

Při výstavbě nového objektu je velice důležité vyřešit hydroizolaci spodní stavby, jelikož se jedná o jedno z nejchoulostivějších a nejdůležitějších míst na stavbě. Hydroizolační systém spodní stavby chrání objekt (tj. jeho stavební konstrukce a vnitřní prostředí) proti vodě a zpravidla i proti dalším vlivům okolního prostředí jako je například korozní namáhání stavby (agresivní voda, „bludné proudy“, chemicky znečištěné horninové a půdní prostředí kolem objektu apod.) a zatížení stavby radonem z podloží objektu. Na základě zkušeností mnoha projektantů se doporučuje navrhovat ochranu objektu proti vodě a všem dalším vlivům ve vzájemných souvislostech. (Kutnar, 2006) V mnoha případech staveb dochází k porušení hydroizolačního systému stavby, a tudíž je nutná rekonstrukce hydroizolace spodní stavby. Porušení hydroizolace je možná mnoha způsoby a proto je velice obtížné daný problém odhalit. Možnostmi navrhování a následného rekonstruování hydroizolace spodní stavby se budu věnovat v nadcházejících kapitolách této bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

During the construction of the new building is very important to solve the substructure waterproofing , because it is one of the most delicate and the most important parts of the construction. Waterproofing system protects the substructure object (its structures and internal environment) against water and usually against other environmental influences such as stress corrosion engineering (aggressive water, " stray currents ", chemically contaminated rock and soil environment around the object etc.) and radon load of the building from the ground object. Based on experience of many planners, it is recommended to design building protection against water and all the other influences in mutual connexion. (doc. Ing . Zdeněk Kutnar , January 2006) In many cases the waterproofing system of the building is violated, and therefore require reconstruction of the substructure . The waterproofing can be violated in many ways and it is very difficult to detect the problem . I will focus on possibilities of designing and following reconstructing of the substructure in the coming chapters of this thesis.
