Diplomová práce je zaměřená na hodnocení spokojenosti pacientů s péči preoperační, perioperační a postoperační u letitých pacientů u výkonů v lokální anestezii. Diplomová práce je inspirována projektem Národní hodnocení spokojenosti pacientů (NHSP), který je výsledkem dlouhodobé aktivity Ministerstva zdravotnictví. The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of patient satisfaction with preoperative, perioperative and postoperative care in elderly patients during procedures under local anesthesia.
