Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou modelů vedení a řízení nákupu v podniku. Jejím cílem je v teoretické části přehledně popsat současný stav v této oblasti, v praktické části pak analyzovat nákupní procesy ve společnosti Coca-Cola a závěrem navrhnout vhodné doporučení na zlepšení, které by mohlo být strategickým nákupem společnosti realizováno.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with models of purchasing management in a company. In the theoretical part it describes the present state of the art, in the practical part it analyses purchasing process in the Coca-Cola Company. It results in recommendations for business improvement which could be achieved by strategic purchasing.
