Předmětem této práce je vztah smluv na ochranu investic (IIA) a práva EU. První část práce obsahuje řešení jejich konfliktu, a to jak z perspektivy investičních tribunálů, tak z perspektivy Soudního dvora Evropské unie. The diploma thesis is focused on the interface between International Investment Agreements (“IIA”) and European Union law. Both perspectives of investment tribunals and CJEU in resolving potential conflict between IIA’s and EU law are included in the first part of this thesis.
