V této diplomové práci se především snažím o ucelený výklad evropské úpravy dvou významných institutů pracovního práva – mateřské dovolené a rodičovské dovolené. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the legal protection of motherhood and parenthood in the European labour law. The basic purpose of this work is to summarize the main rules of law which deal with the protection of pregnant women, the women on maternity leave and the men and women on parental leave.
