Study of interactions of fluorescence marker-bioligand
Abstract:
The aim of my work was study of selected compounds with DNA using electromigrating methods. Major part of it taken interactions quaternary isoquinoline alkaloids sanguinarine and chelerythrine. After sufficient number of information about interaction between DNA and alkaloids I could make some conclusions about type and importance of these interactions.
Abstract:
Cieľom mojej práce bolo štúdium vybraných zlúčenín s DNA s použitím elektromigračných metód. Hlavnú časť zaberali interakcie kvartérnych benzo[c]fenanthridinových alkaloidov sanguinarinu a chelerythrinu. Po získaní dostatočného množstva informácií o interakciách medzi DNA a alkaloidmi som mohla vyvodiť určité závery ohľadne typu a význame interakcií.
