Key actors expectations toward the implementation of e-learning system in selected manufacturing organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Formulace očekávání klíčových aktérů v procesu implementace vzdělávacího systému ve vybrané výrobní organizaci se zaměřuje na identifikaci očekávání zaměstnanců vůči nově zaváděnému e-learningovému systému ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem této práce je zajistit ucelený přehled očekávání na různých úrovních od několika skupin klíčových aktérů v procesu vzdělávání. Tyto poznatky poslouží vybrané organizaci jako podklad pro vytvoření efektivního systému vzdělávání. Práce je založena na teoretických konceptech podnikového vzdělávání, včetně cyklu podnikového vzdělávání, efektivity vzdělávání, e-learningu či motivace a očekávání vůči vzdělávání v podniku. Metodologická část vychází z kvalitativního paradigma a zaměřuje se na tematickou analýzu, za pomoci níž byla analyzována data získaná z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a pozorování. Výsledky analýzy v podobě identifikovaných očekávání jednotlivých zaměstnanců jsou interpretovány v empirické části. V rámci této části jsou zodpovězeny stanovené výzkumné otázky a zároveň jsou zde předložena doporučení pro vybranou organizaci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis on the topic of Key actors expectations toward the implementation of e-learning system in selected manufacturing organization is focused on identification of employees' expectations of the newly implemented e-learning system in a chosen organization. The main aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of expectations of several groups of key participants of the educational process at different levels. The findings of the research will serve the selected organization as a basis for implementation of a new and effective internal learning system. The thesis is based on theoretical concepts of corporate education, including the corporate education cycle, the effectiveness of education, e-learning, or motivation and the expectations of the corporate education as a concept. The methodological part is based on a qualitative paradigm and focuses on a thematic analysis of the data obtained from semi-structured interviews and observations. The results of the analysis are interpreted within the empirical part of the thesis in the form of identified expectations of individual employees. The empirical part furthermore includes the answers to the research questions of the thesis as well as the specific recommendations for the selected organization as an ultimate output of the research performed.
