Analysis of laser hardened steel C45
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání dvou postupů povrchového kalení laserem. Materiál 12050 byl zakalen pomocí standardního kalení a skenovacího kalení. Vyhodnocení bylo provedeno pomocí určení hloubky prokalení, mikrostruktury, geometrie a údajů z termokamery.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare two methods of laser surface hardening. The material C45 was hardened with a standard and scanning method. The evaluation was performed by determining the depth of hardening, the microstructure, the geometry and the data from the thermovision.
