Diplomová práce se zabývá principem proporcionality v činnosti bezpečnostních sborů, a to se zaměřením na Policii České republiky. This thesis is focused on question of principle of proportionality in activities of security forces, mainly Police of the Czech Republic. This work analyses legal grounds of the given principle and then follows several actual cases which the proportionality of police actions was/was not fulfilled in.
